As qualified Remedial and Myotherapist, the treatment you receive is for the purpose of relief from muscular tension, spasm or pain and stress reduction Please tell your therapist all stated medical conditions known and keep us updated as to any medical changes as there shall be no liability on our part should you fail to do so by accepting this policy consent is given to receive treatments.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to have enough time to check in and prepare for your treatment. With the recent COVID-19 virus we cannot allow you to enter the building any earlier due to social distancing. Arriving late can unfortunately limit your appointment time, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

LATE ARRIVALS

If arrival is delayed we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delaying our next guest. Appointments missed by 15 minutes will be cancelled. Last minute appointment changes will be made at the discretion of our therapists and only possible if service time is available.

 

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW

We respectfully require 24 hours notice if guests cannot join us. A booking fee of $20 may be charged to your account.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We DO NOT accept cash any longer. However welcome Mastercard, Visa, Eftpos and health insurance rebates on the spot, providing you have remedial massage or Myotherapy in extras cover.

QUIET ENVIRONMENT

As courtesy to our other guest, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Mobile phones must be turned off or switched on silent when checking in.

SICK OR FEELING UNWELL

Please let us know if you are sick or feeling unwell so we can reschedule your appointment. Getting a massage while sick is not recommended in fact can make you feel worse. We also would like to remind you that our boutique is an open space, and want to make sure we respect and protect everyone’s well-being. Due to COVID-19 please do not book if you are feeling unwell, have cold/flu symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed in the last 14 days.
